Privacy
Purevise keeps as little as it can. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, and we never sell or share what we hold.
In your browser
Your bag, saved products and a random session id are kept in your browser’s own storage so they survive a reload and the trip to a store. The id is not linked to you unless you give us your email. Clearing your browser’s site data removes all of it.
What reaches our server
- Shopping events, such as searches, products viewed, items added to your bag and clicks through to a store, with that session id and the country our network provider (Cloudflare) sees your connection from. Not your IP address. We use them to understand what works, and to learn which products people put in the same bag. Deleted after 13 months.
- Your email, only if you give it, with a record of your consent: exactly what you agreed to, when, from which IP address and browser, and your time zone so we email at sensible hours. The IP address is kept only as proof of consent. It is not used to track you.
You choose what we send. Each is a separate, unticked box:
- “Email me this bag, and when something in it gets cheaper or comes back in stock.”
- “Email me what's new on Purevise, at most once a month.”
We send nothing until you confirm from your inbox. An unconfirmed address is deleted after a week. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe we keep only your address and the date, so that we never email you again.
Stores
When you follow a link to a store, you are on their site and their privacy policy applies. We do not send them anything about you. See how Purevise makes money.
Your data, on request
To see or delete what we hold about your email address, write to privacy@purevise.com. We answer within 30 days.
